1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings given below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming a registration, or attending a programme, you are indicating that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Mali Advisory's programmes are designed for adults and are not suitable for persons under 18.

Where a registration is made on behalf of another individual (for example, a spouse or family member), the person submitting the registration confirms they have authority to accept these terms on that individual's behalf.

3. Service Description

Mali Advisory provides financial education programmes for adults. Our current programmes are:

Programmes are delivered in English at our Patong premises or at an equivalent venue communicated to participants in advance. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to session timing, venue, or facilitator where circumstances require, and will notify participants in writing where changes affect confirmed bookings.

Programme availability is subject to minimum and maximum participant numbers. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a programme that does not reach minimum numbers, in which case participants receive a full refund.

4. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full and a written confirmation from Mali Advisory. An enquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a confirmed place.

• Each programme has a stated maximum number of participants. Places are allocated in the order that confirmed payments are received.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are available for all sessions. We are not able to offer partial attendance credit or schedule individual catch-up sessions.
• Programme materials are provided at the first session. Materials are not distributed in advance or shared digitally.

Participants with access requirements or health considerations that may affect their participation are encouraged to contact us before registering so that we can discuss whether appropriate arrangements are possible.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to engage with programme content in good faith, to respect the learning environment, and to observe the following:

• Arrive at the time agreed for each session and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
• Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Mali Advisory.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit programme materials without written permission.
• Acknowledge that programme content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional financial, investment, or tax advice.

Mali Advisory reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme whose conduct is disruptive to others or incompatible with the learning environment. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, session content, templates, and reference documents created by Mali Advisory remain the intellectual property of Mali Advisory. Participation in a programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided for your own private reference and learning. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing materials for distribution to third parties.
• Using materials in any commercial context, including training others.
• Publishing any portion of programme materials online or in print.

All website content, including text, structure, and design, is owned by or licensed to Mali Advisory. Unauthorised reproduction is not permitted.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB). Payment in full is required to secure a confirmed place. Mali Advisory will confirm accepted payment methods at the time of enquiry.

• Fees are inclusive of all programme materials stated in the programme description.
• Fees do not include travel to or from the venue, accommodation, or personal expenses.
• A receipt will be provided upon confirmed payment.

Mali Advisory does not store payment card details. Payment processing is conducted through secure third-party channels.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of the written notification determines which refund tier applies.

Participants who have attended one or more sessions are not entitled to a partial refund for remaining sessions. Where Mali Advisory postpones a programme, participants may transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or request a full refund.

9. Disclaimers

Mali Advisory's programmes are educational in nature. They are designed to help adults understand financial concepts and the Thai regulatory context. They are not a substitute for professional financial, investment, or tax advice.

• Mali Advisory does not hold a licence to provide financial advice under the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 or the Revenue Code of Thailand.
• No content in our programmes constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.
• Participants are advised to consult a licensed accountant, financial adviser, or legal professional for their individual circumstances.
• While programme content reflects publicly available information at the time of delivery, tax legislation and market conditions may change. Mali Advisory does not accept responsibility for decisions made on the basis of programme content.

This website and its content are provided in good faith and on an "as is" basis. We do not make representations about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information published here.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, Mali Advisory's total liability to any participant in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

Mali Advisory shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, investment outcome, or tax liability arising from decisions made by a participant following a programme.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.
• Events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, power outages, or public health situations affecting venue availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mali Advisory against any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of programme materials, or any unlawful conduct on your part in connection with a programme or this website.

12. Termination

Mali Advisory may terminate or suspend a participant's enrolment if:

• These terms have been materially breached.
• A participant's conduct is harmful or disruptive to others.
• Payment has not been received and confirmed prior to the first session.

A participant may withdraw from a programme subject to the cancellation and refund terms in Section 8.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Indemnification) survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms.

Where a concern arises, we encourage participants to contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will make a reasonable effort to address concerns informally and promptly. Many matters can be resolved by a straightforward conversation.

Where informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, the parties may agree to refer the matter to a neutral mediator before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement. These terms, together with any written confirmation of registration, constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the programme and supersede any prior correspondence.
• Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver. A failure by Mali Advisory to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently.
• Assignment. Participants may not transfer their enrolment or any rights under these terms to another person without Mali Advisory's prior written consent.
• Notices. Formal notices under these terms should be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by post to 234 Phra Barami Road, Patong, Phuket 83150, Thailand.

15. Changes to These Terms

Mali Advisory may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will post a notice on this website and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of this website or registration for a programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Changes do not affect enrolments already confirmed under the previous version of these terms unless required by law.
